1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

3. Billing Terms
The monthly subscription begins immediately upon sign-up for a fee of $39.99 and renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled. If you do not unsubscribe, the Service will automatically renew on a monthly (30 days) basis and you as the user give permission for a monthly charge/fee of $39.99. In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Cybyte LLC reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued access to the Service. If this discounted rate cannot be processed successfully, an administrative fee of up to $3.00 may be applied to maintain your subscription until the full or discounted subscription fee is successfully processed.
Cybyte LLC is not responsible for issues related to your payment method. Any disputes must be resolved directly with your payment provider. All payments must be made using legitimate funds. Users are responsible for any browsing or data fees incurred while using the service.
4. Member Support
To access the Services, your device must meet the platform's minimum requirements, including internet access and compatible software. Cybyte LLC provides assistance for Member Users, including troubleshooting and periodic updates, call +1 833 382-3674 between Daily 8:00am to 8:00pm, EST, US Eastern time.. Additional equipment or services may be required, and Cybyte LLC is not obligated to offer support beyond what is outlined in these Terms.

5. Refund Policy
Any refunds owed to you, minus any applicable deductions, will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to cancel the Service. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of sign-up. These refund provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
Once processed, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your card.
6. User Responsibilities

If cancellation occurs after billing has commenced, the subscription will be deactivated immediately, but the account will remain active until the end of the current prepaid period. To initiate cancellation, users may go to their account settings and select the cancellation option, or contact Cybyte LLC using the details provided at the bottom of the website.
Cybyte LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue the Service or this Agreement at any time, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.
Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, failure to pay subscription fees, inactivity, use of multiple or unauthorized free accounts, non-compliance with these Terms, or platform maintenance and updates.
For Paid Users, unless there has been a breach of this Agreement, any material changes that negatively affect the Service or the suspension/termination of the Service will generally take effect at the end of the current billing period. However, Cybyte LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend the Service and may issue a prorated refund for any unused portion of the billing cycle.
By continuing to use the Service after such changes, you waive any claims for additional refunds.
14. Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, cancellation, or discontinuation of the Site or Service, your right to access and use the Site or Service will cease as specified.
You will no longer have access to your account, including any files or content stored within it. However, Cybyte LLC may retain such content at its discretion.
